 Accesible/Barrier Free Homes is a company created at the beginning of the XXI century. Our aim is to promote the contruction of single-family homes adapted to the current and future needs of the people living in them.

 As our name implies, our main goal is the total removal of architectural barriers, because we feel that the quality of a house is an outstanding indicator of the standard of living and this quality is really important when we approach our senior years. At this stage of life our physical faculties diminished. That’s why we understand that the ideal home has to be access-friendly, adapted to meet its residents changing needs at every stage of their lifes.

 Accessible/Barrier Free Homes designs accommodate people of all ages, genders, sizes and physical abilities. All of us have some level of disability during our lives; Our designs accommodate a wide range of individual preferences and abilities. Appropriate size and space is provided for approach, reach, manipulation, and use, regardless of the user's body size, posture, or mobility.

  Our houses are located in the province of Alicante where we have selected natural environments of incredible beauty. We have put great effort in adapting every home to the natural environment that surrounds them.

  We are not unaware of the importance that communication networks have nowadays and will have in the future. That’s why we only select areas in natural environments of exceptional beauty but at only half an hour distance from El Altet (Alicante international airport) and at five minutes from Alicante´s high street. Many beaches can be easily reached in less than half an hour drive.
