Living surrounded by protected natural areas

LOCATION

  Accesible/free barrier homes is exclusively dedicated to building detached or semidetached houses, or what in Spain are calledcountry houses o villas. Thus, and according to the law in force, the plots where we build have always an area larger than 10,000 square meters and are totally linked to the house there built. For this reason, we have a team of agents searching for plots and performingcontinuous analyses of the plots located in different local areas. They evaluatethe natural fauna richness of the area and also its beauty. They also evaluate the proximity to protected natural areas, whetherthe plotis easy to reach, and its orientation.

  The plots of land that our teams select are then studied by our architects who, again, analyze the plot orientation, the flora, the view and the surroundings. And finally,they make different designs for every house to be built, always in harmony with the surrounding natural environment.
